Additional Terms of Service

SocialSavvy services provide access to feeds of curated educational content for your practice’s social media Permitted Locations.
- Access and Use.
- Provision of Access. Subject to and conditioned on your payment of applicable fees and compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Customer Agreement, You will be granted permission to access the SocialSavvy Services and associated Documentation during the Term for use by Authorized Users at the Permitted Location(s). “Permitted Location(s)” means the specific location(s) for which access to the SocialSavvy Services has been paid for by Customer.
- Aggregated Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this or the Customer Agreement, Vendor may monitor Customer's use of the SocialSavvy Services and collect and compile data and information related to Customer's use of the SocialSavvy Services to be used by Vendor in an aggregated and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the SocialSavvy Services ("Aggregated Statistics"). Aggregated Statistics shall constitute Anonymized Data under the OP Agreement.
- Acceptable Use. The SocialSavvy Services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, offensive, or obscene activity. You will comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and all guidelines, standards, and requirements that may be provided by Vendor from time to time. Vendor reserves the right to remove any content that references Vendor by name and that, in its sole discretion, may negatively affect Vendor’s professional reputation.
- "Customer Data" under the Customer Agreement hereby includes, other than Aggregated Statistics, information, data, and other content, in any form or medium, that is submitted, posted, or otherwise transmitted by or on behalf of Customer or any other Authorized User through the SocialSavvy Services.You warrant that you own all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to Customer Data.You have and will continue to have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy, and quality of the Content.
